What motivated the creation of your organization/ brand?

To assist business owners and managers by providing a portfolio of tried and tested services, enabling them to concentrate on their core activities. Our service eliminates the time needed to research solutions and ensures access to competitive deals.

 

Have you achieved any major goals within your business recently?

We have completely redesigned our cyber security offering to allow all clients to benefit from improved security as standard.  Budget constraints are no longer a reason for Clients not being properly protected. 

We have reached a milestone of providing IT support for over 100 settings.

 

Have you had to overcome any unique challenges?

The challenges in IT are constantly changing. We must stay ahead of the increasing volume of threats to protect businesses, their staff, and customers.

 

What are your clients’ favourite things about you?

We always have their best interest at heart and value long-term relationships over quick profits.  We offer more than just IT and can help with bookkeeping, security and other services under the same roof.

 

Is there anything more that you'd like visitors at the Show to know?

Don’t be scared to talk to us about your IT wants and needs at the show.  A friendly chat could be all that’s needed to ease your frustrations or make a change. 

 

How has exhibiting at events like ours impacted your brand/business?

It’s hard to take time to work on our brand and offering when we are normally focused on providing great service to our clients.  Exhibiting at events has prompted us to pause and look at our business from the outside in.
