Talk & Move develops children’s speech, language and emotional regulation through physical movement. Created by a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and children’s yoga teacher, this holistic programme enables early years educators to support children in the prime areas of the EYFS.
Talk & Move targets phonological awareness through active, balancing and calming moves which equip educators with a range of co-regulation strategies to use with their children.
