Joining us at Nursery World's Big Day Out is Health & Food Programme Manager, Sean Cowden and Senior Chef/ Chef Trainer, Luke Nelson to bring a unique and informative workshop to you! The Live Cooking Demonstration will focus on portion sizes for children from infants to toddlers and how to navigate cooking without allergens. The workshop will take place at the Workshop Hub: Nourish & Nurture stage from 11:00am-12:00pm and is brough to you by the London Early Years Foundation.

With the prevalence of allergies on the rise it’s never been more important for Early Years providers to be aware of them and safeguard our children in the process. LEYF invites you to come along and watch a live cooking demonstration with no added allergies! We will also be demonstrating appropriate sized snacks for children from infant to toddler and explaining the reasons we prepare them that way.
