Alexia  joined the early years sector three years ago to bring my operational knowledge to the Fennies group and support its growth. Since then, she's had the opportunity to work closely with Admissions, Finance, Marketing, and the People Function, focusing on attracting talent and encouraging more people to consider early years education as a fulfilling career path.
