I am one of Acorn's Early Years Managers on Quality, with almost 30 years’ experience in the Early Years Sector. During those years I have gained experience in various roles, including Nursery Management, Chairperson of the Milton Keynes Childminding Association, and running my own childcare business that achieved two consecutive ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted grades. I eventually closed my business to pursue a career as a full-time trainer and consultant, which gradually led to my current role.
