I have worked for Busy Bees for over 10 years, progressing through the roles to secure a place on the Quality team where I have worked for 7 years now. My skills are supporting and developing educator knowledge around the EYFS, working with them to help put elements of theory into practice. I love being involved in the developments within my Centres, working alongside my Centre Directors to achieve the highest possible outcomes, whilst embedding consistency for our families. I want our children to have positive experiences everyday, for them to capture their desire for learning, watching how they develop into curious learners whilst they are on their journey with us,

I thrive on watching educators grow in confidence and finding their love for childcare. I am extremely passionate about children having the best start in their early years of life. I believe all children should have the opportunity to fall in love with books, having their imaginations captured through the magic of storytelling, which will lead to a lifelong love for books and reading.
