I have worked in Early Years for over 13 years, initially completing my BTEC National Diploma in Childhood studies and then completing my BA Honours in Education. I am passionate about Early Years and achieving the very best outcomes for all children and ensuring that our teams are also highly valued and recognised for the amazing work they do within our sector. I have worked for Busy Bees Day Nurseries for over 13 years and have been leading my own Centre in Littleover, Derby for 7 years before recently being appointed as an Area Director for 12 Centres within the Midlands.
