Emma Kemp is a Quality and Assurance Manager at Childbase Partnership with 25 years experience in early years education, supporting practitioner development, ensuring high quality environments and teaching and learning opportunities across the company. She also leads on SEND and Inclusion support across the company.

Emma Joined Childbase Partnership in 2015 as a Quality and training advisor and then spent 7 years as an Area Manager before transitioning back across to the quality team. Emma holds a degree in early years and  Early Years Teacher Status.

In April 2024 Childbase embarked on a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Northampton, the first of its kind in the early years sector and Emma assumed the role of Business Partner supervisor in this collaborative research project.
