Dr Gemma Goldenberg is a child psychologist and researcher, currently working at ISEY - Institute for the Science of Early Years. Formerly a teacher and school leader, Gemma has over 15 years of experience working in nursery and school settings and a PhD in how different Early Years learning environments affect children's stress, attention and self regulation. Gemma is co-founder of www.nestkids.co.uk, an organisation she set up to support others to use neuroscience in their work with children. Through this, she regularly works as a speaker, trainer and author with a range of Early Years Organisations. Gemma's most recent book 'Take Action on Distraction' is being published by Bloomsbury at the end of February.
