Glenn has dedicated 28 years to the Early Years sector and is a nursery manager at a small community nursery in Yorkshire. With a deep running knowledge of childcare and child development, he has contributed articles to a variety of publications including Early Years Educator and The National College and has shared their knowledge through workshops at conferences and webinars, inspiring others in the field.
