I have been part of Little Barn Owls Nursery since April 2012, working my way through the company to my current role as Head of Learning. Over the years, I have had the absolute pleasure of working closely with our teams and children across all settings. My role involves co-ordinating our emergent curriculum, mentoring our Pedagogical Coordinators and Ateleiristas, maintaining consistent high-quality teaching and learning, and ensuring a robust and nurturing key person system is in place. Being extremely fortunate to have visited Reggio Emilia in Italy several times with the company, I am extremely passionate about teaching the fundamental values of the approach which seamlessly align with my own values of how we view children as competent, capable and curious.
