I have worked in Early Years for over 28 years, initially completing my BTEC National Diploma in Childhood studies and then completing my BA Honours in Early Years. I am passionate about Early Years and achieving the very best outcomes for all children and ensuring that our teams are also highly valued and recognised for the amazing work they do within our sector. I have worked for Busy Bees Day Nurseries for over 26 years and have been leading and managing teams for more than 21 years. Within my current role I am responsible for delivering Excellence across Quality ,Safety and all operational elements for 47 Nurseries with direct responsibility for coaching and leading a team of Area Directors to achieve and exceed performance KPI’s, whilst building effective relationships with stakeholders and ensuring our company ethos is delivered by everyone in every nurseries- of giving children the best Start in Life.
