Natalie joined Busy Bees in 2024 with a focus on all thing’s apprenticeships and early careers. She leads the strategy to drive the Busy Bees apprenticeship experience and ensuring quality outcomes for all learners. Natalie focuses on driving the learner experience to retain apprentices on programme and beyond.
