My name is Neetha Madrira and I am managing  The Mall Nursery in Twickenham. I have 24 years in early years and I can still say that I love my job as much as I did when I started. The passion, energy and focus has grown over the years. I have had the opportunity to start my career as an unqualified Nurse assistant to becoming  a Nursery manager. I am proud of the job that I do and am very passionate about it too.

I take pride in my team, the relationships that I build with clients, team and the children in my care and always endeavour to provide the best care and outcome for them. I am a firm believer that building strong relationships is the key to success – at work and in your personal life. I am a peoples person, enjoy being in the company of both adults and children and am guilty of becoming a child at times when the time is right!
