Preeti draws on her extensive experience as an educator with 25+ years in the sector. She supports and develops students and their learning experiences across a wide portfolio of Montessori training and recognised qualifications. Mentoring and supporting staff teams, as well as individual Early Years educators, is a passion for Preeti. Having led a large team in a Montessori daycare setting as lead Academic Placement Tutor for Diploma and Degree level programmes and Course Leader, she continues to champion the skills and professionalism required for work in this sector.
