Rebecca, a co-founder and owner of Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries, helped establish the business with a strong family-driven vision alongside her husband and co-founder, Mark Crosby.

Inspired by the belief that families support and nurture one another, she set out to create a childcare environment that reflects these values. Since launching in 2002 after a successful career in The City, Rebecca has grown Monkey Puzzle to 75 nurseries across the UK, comprising both franchised and company-owned sites. With over 23 years of experience in the sector, she remains dedicated to providing high-quality early years education rooted in care and community.
