As an experienced Early Years Educator and former ICT Coordinator, Richard now delivers impactful 'Lunch and Learn' webinars and consultancy services, helping settings effectively integrate technology and STEAM education. His work focuses on practical, child-centred approaches to digital learning, online safety, and technological innovation in early years settings.

Through Waite.EYTS, Richard advocates for increased male representation in childcare while developing comprehensive digital resources and training materials for early years professionals. His expertise spans from hands-on technology implementation to strategic planning for digital transformation in early years settings.
