Sophie began her early years journey in 1989, earning her NNEB qualification. She later transitioned into training and apprenticeships, taking on various curriculum and quality roles with training providers. After two successful years leading on the expansion of the apprenticeship provision at N Family Club, Sophie joined Kido Schools as Qualification Lead in October 2024 and has responsibility for ensuring that their apprenticeship strategy supports the recruitment & retention needs of the business.
