My name is Suchitra, but I go by Suchi. I'm have been in Childcare for 9 years now, initially starting out as an unqualified practitioner and then going on to become a qualified practitioner. In the last nine years I have experienced different roles in Childbase Partnership, such as being a team leader. Throughout my life I have experienced racism and discrimination, it has fuelled my passion for educating people surrounding these issues. Five years ago, I joined our company's diversity forum as this was an exciting opportunity to spread awareness and help to make positive changes to Childbase Partnership as a company.
