Tom Richardson is the Operations Director for Naturally Learning. He has spent over 11 years in the sector, specialising in authentic, holistic, and wild early years education. He is hugely passionate about outdoor learning, sustainable practices and promoting a ‘Cornish Childhood’. In recent years, however, Tom has spent more time at a laptop than in the wild, refocusing his work on developing his team and ensuring that Naturally Learning is best placed for whatever the future holds.
